5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• After receiving a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — separate conditions may apply for bets on certain games.
• If an attempt is made to exploit the bonus system through multiple accounts or irregular betting patterns, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The kariya 11 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers cashback based on the weekly net loss. Weekly net loss means what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback — example: on a ৳20,000 net loss, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting activity on kariya 11 is conducted in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. It is the member's responsibility to read the specific rules of the relevant section before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless kariya 11 cancels it for a specific reason.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error, kariya 11 reserves the right to cancel or reassess that bet.
